Nitin joined Competent Synergies in Apr 2006 as a Floor In charge for the process of leading telecom company where in he was handling a team of 20 Associates and was responsible for team’s quantitative and qualitative KPIs . In a short stint of 1 year and 3 Months, he showed excellent performance and was promoted as Team Manager – Operations. He was then allocated the responsibility of handling the process of leading digital TV company with a span control of 65 Associates along with 2 team leaders. He streamlined the process through his valuable process improvement insights and brought a big leap in revenue generation figures.
Nitin was promoted to Assistant Manager – Operations in the year 2008 and started the transition of leading telecom company process. He successfully managed the early migration and ensured the key deliverables from the very first quarter. He spent 5 years in the process and undertook various Process and Product level initiatives to ensure the improvement in Qualitative/Operational KPIs.
Nitin was promoted as a Deputy Manager – Operations in year 2013 and took charge of an independent process wherein he was managing 200+ seats with 4 team managers and employee strength of 320. His continuous strive for process excellence and incomparable people management helped Competent Synergies to stabilize DTH process. Nitin was then promoted as Manager – Operations in year 2017 and is currently associated with the process for more than 4 years.
His journey begun in 2006 as a floor in charge and in short span of 11 years, he is now working as Manager – Operations, showing a exponential growth from 20 associates to 339 Associates.
