The terms do-follow and no-follow are introduced in 2005 by google, to reduce spamming and improve search engine results. Now only the Do-Follow link passes link juice. Do-follow or no-follow is not for users these tags are for google crawlers. If you make a backlink on another site and he gives you a do-follow link then when the crawler crawls another site it crawls your link too. But, If you have a no-follow link then the crawler can’t crawl your link.
There is a simple technique for identifying do-follow or no-follow backlinks.
Just right-click on your link then click on inspect option then check in the pop-up is there “no-follow” written before your link or not, if yes then your link is no-follow. But, if there is nothing not do-follow or nor no-follow then this is the do-follow link.
There is also an extension available in chrome for check no-follow links “no-follow link extension”. With help of this extension, you easily identify do-follow or no-follow backlinks. If any link is cover with the red box then it is a no-follow link, if not cover with any box then it is a do-follow link.
